At Sandaire, as in many organisations, our staff are incredibly important to us and so is their personal and professional development. Throughout the business we have a number of committees and initiatives that staff can contribute to in addition to their day-to-day job role. There are also extensive training opportunities, such as academic study support, mentoring opportunities and workshops, such as those from Athletic Thinking, which are held year around.
One of the most important parts of supporting staff, we believe, is extending support and congratulations where they are due and therefore we would like to congratulate Adam Barber on his recent accolades.
Adam’s key responsibilities include managing personal client assets of £350 million for six clients, as well as sitting on a number of the above mentioned committees and initiatives, including the Fund Selection, Portfolio Construction, Asset Allocation and Service Excellence Initiative committees. Adam is also a CFA Charterholder.
Due to the above, Adam has been recognised as not only one of the 2019 PAM Insight Top 40 Under 40, but also one of the 2019 Citywire Wealth Top 30 Under 30. These initiatives identify, introduce and promote the rising stars of the private client wealth management world in the UK and UK Crown Dependencies, so this is an outstanding achievement.
